Crypto deposits require gas sponsorship in app-pays mode on each source chain.

Configure the app

Enable gas sponsorship for each source chain for deposits. When enabling gas sponsorship, you must enable App pays mode.

Chain selection

When enabling gas sponsorship, you must enable it on all chains where you expect to receive deposits. Deposit addresses cannot be created on chains where gas sponsorship has not been enabled. See the supported deposit chains and quote a route to check source and destination support before creating an address.

Optional fee sponsorship

App-pays gas sponsorship covers network transaction fees. It does not cover swap provider fees. To cover those costs, enable Sponsor swap provider fees on the app’s Fee sponsorship page. This setting applies automatically to supported crypto deposit routes. See fee sponsorship and fixed rates for billing and setup. Fetch a deposit quote with the app’s settings configured to preview the delivered amount. Without provider fee sponsorship, provider fees can reduce that amount even when gas is sponsored.
